Certification

Arab Travelers view Arabia Friendly Program – as the global standard for a dedicated hospitality services for their international travels.
We offer 3 levels of Certification for each Category (Bronze, Silver, Gold) reflecting the range of Arabia Friendly services provided in each property.

Bronze Certification is granted to Service Provider that offers the must-meet criteria that was recommended by several Arab Tourism & Travel Institutions.

Silver Certification is granted to Service Provider that offers the advanced set of criteria that was recommended by several Arab Tourism & Travel Institutions.

Gold Certification is granted to Service Provider that offers the wide range of criteria that meets the needs of Arab Travelers was recommended by several Arab Tourism & Travel Institutions.

Arabia Friendly Certification is valid for one year, with the chance for upgrading or renewal. The processing time for all the above mentioned verifications, shipment and reception will take between three and five weeks.
